Because we sell a diverse range of items (maps, books and other publications) we refer to all of these items as products.

We thought you may find it helpful to see a list of useful, related internet sites. Mostly we have chosen sites with some connection to the products we sell.
If you know of a site that you think may be useful for our customers, please don't hesitate to use the Service area to tell us about it.

How do I use the service page?
If you have a question or want to provide us with feedback regarding our site, then:
1. Type your email address into the 'Your email address' field, eg. johns@infovic.com.au
2. If your query or feedback relates to an order, type your order number in the 'Order Number' field. If your query or feedback doesn't relate to a particular order please leave this field blank.
3. Type in your query or feedback into the 'Query' field.
4. When you have completed these steps click on the SEND button
How do I become a member?
Registeration for membership is free and is available from "My Bookshop" button or by clicking on "Sign up now" located on the home page.
To become a member:
1. Fill out all of the appropriate fields. You must fill out all the mandatory fields, which we have marked with an asteris.
